Silhouette is Equinox's main dining room, located aft of decks 3 & 4 with room for 1420 guests and featuring a dramatic two storey high glass wine tower and dazzling chandeliers. Regular Breakfast - 7.30am to 9.00am deck 3. And their fee is nearly double the other cruise lines' specialty restaurants. although the menu was fixed, the choices are plenty, and you will leave very full - quite possibly with leftovers. My son and I have done it several times dining in Murano. If nothing on the rotating menu suffices, there are "always available" choices.
